Nicole joined our office in 2021 and has brought her experience and knowledge to our insurance billing department. She is very diligent about tracking insurance issues and getting to the bottom of the problem so there is no stress on our patients. She is considered to be the silent hero as you may not see her at the front desk often, but is in the back office helping our processes run smoothly.
